Our red wines_
REFOSCO DAL PEDUNCOLO ROSSO: It’s got a strong ruby red and violet colour with a dry and rather bitter taste. It should be served with some tasty meat or seasoned cheese.
CABERNET FRANC: Its colour is strong ruby red with a herbaceous taste. It should be served with some roast meat or some game.
MERLOT: It’s got a full ruby red colour with a strong scentl and some raspberry trace. It should be served with some roast meat, with some boiled meat or with some fried food.
RED”SAN MARTINO”: It is a ruby red wine refined into wood barrels. It should be served with some roast meat or some game.

Our white wines:
FRIULANO: It’s got a straw yellow colour and a strong taste with some bitter almond trace. It should be served with appetizers, cheese or fish.
CHARDONNAY: its colour is yellow with greenish reflection; it’s got a strong floral taste. It should be served as aperitif or with appetisers or fish.
SAUVIGNON: it’s got a straw yellow colour with a delicate and spiced taste. It’s good for appetizers, pasta or fish.
WHITE “SAN MARTINO”: It is a straw yellow wine refined into wood barrels. It should be served with fish or white meat.
MALVASIA: It’s a straw yellow wine with a pleasant fruity taste. It’s good with pasta, risotto or appetizers.

 

 

 

OUR-EAU-DE-VIE :

This typical friulana grappa is produced with vinasse of refosco, of cabernet and merlot; It’s got a transparent white colour and strong and full bodied flavour. It should be served at the end of a meal.

You can buy our wines and grappa in very nice presentation boxes which can be good presents for different occasions.
